Red Jade Green Tea is organic and quite unique, Hong Yu is the cultivar of tree, which translates as “Red Jade” or Ruby, hence the name for this fine tea. Our Red Jade Green Tea was processed with minimal handling, from handpicking to rolling to drying; these leaves are handled as little as possible to ensure the freshest taste possible- and have 0% oxidation. The artisan process allows the leaves to keep their lovely jade color.
Once steeped, the full vibrant taste is followed by a smooth, buttery and a long-lasting sweet undertone, vegetal “green” taste, and finishes with a silky mouthfeel. Red Jade Green Tea is a delicious Taiwanese green tea that is sure to delight.
