This lovely high-mountain oolong is scented three times with pure, Taiwanese-grown jasmine flowers for a true, aromatic jasmine note. Taiwanese high-mountain oolongs are known for their crisp aroma and naturally silky mouthfeel, and the Jin Xuan cultivar adds a gentle creaminess. A little steeping tipOolong leaves open slowly: steep them two or three times, adding a little time with each round, and enjoy how the flavour changes.
A fresh way to enjoy itSweeten while the tea is still hot so it dissolves. For a smoother, mellower glass, try cold brew: leaves in cold water in the fridge for 6–8 hours.
