Este té, único y muy temprano en invierno-primavera (¡creemos que este té es la primera cosecha de té verde de este año no sólo en toda China, sino en el mundo!) Este selecto té verde de Yunnan se cultivó a lo largo del río Liuluo, en el sur de China. Su sabor umami dulce es delicioso. Es la^primera cosecha de este año.

Se utilizó el método de la leña para detener la actividad enzimática, conservar su brillante color verde y su perfecta oxidación, añadiendo al mismo tiempo una maravillosa nota ahumada suave. Una vez en remojo, la hoja altamente aromática produce un precioso licor de color jade brillante, pleno y con sabor umami. Disfrútelo.

[EN] This tea is really, really good. I smell and taste green olives, but my husband gets root beer. It's a fresh vibrant taste. I recommend a little lower temperature than is on the package (it recommends 190F for 3 mins, but I felt that brought out a little bit too much astringency, and I'd recommend 180/185F for 2.5 mins).

[EN] Beautiful color and taste. The overall taste of the tea is like eating a mix between a baked potato and mixed vegetables. It even smells savory, too.

[EN] I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. I use a scant handful of leaves in a tea kettle infuser. Umami flavor is there, pretty smooth and easy to drink.
