This very unique, very early winter-spring (we believe that this tea is the very first green tea harvest of this year not only in all of China but the world!). This select Yunnan green tea was grown along the Liuluo River, in the south of China. It’s umami sweet flavor is delightful. It is the 1st flush picking ofthis year.
The firewood method was used to halt enzyme activity, to retain its brilliant green color and perfect oxidation, while adding a wonderful gentle smoked note. Once steeped, the highly aromatic leaf produces a lovely brilliant jade color liquor which is full, and umami taste. Enjoy!
